Introduction
In light weight fire clay brick, Al2O3 is more than 40%, Fe2O3 is less than 2.0~2.5%. In its ingredient, clinker is 65~85%, binding clay is 10~30%. We manufacture it by mixed grinding the crushed combined clay and levigated clinker, confecting with particle clinker into medium dry pug, high pressure molding, firing under the temperature of 1400℃ with good performance.
Application
Light weight fire clay brick is of low price, but of good thermal vibration stability and thermal insulation, mainly used in thermal boiler, glass kiln, cement kiln, fertilizer gas furnace, blast furnace, hot-blast stove, coking furnace, electric furnace, casting, etc.

Details:
1. Made by flint clay clinker and binder,through Crushing,Mixing,Shaping,Drying and high temperature Sintering.
2. Al2O3 content is 30%-48%,SiO2 content is 50%-65%,and a small number of alkali metals,alkaline earthmetal oxides TiO2,Fe2O3 etc.3.Working temperature:less than 1350°C.

Quality Assurance
The quality assurance system consists of the following steps:
a. Inspection and Control of incoming raw materials:According to the chemical content,raw materials are classified into different levels to ensure quality of brick first.
b. Inspection and control of the process:During the production,every brick will be weighed twice strictly to reduce the error of weight .
c. Inspection of product Standardization of quality of each product by process control and experimentation.
d. Taking corrective measures whenever deviations are noted.
e. Quality audit by quality management.Before delivery, the inspectors will inspect the size,appearance,physical and chemical properties of brick again in factory.
