Production Introduction
99% Al2O3 Refractory ceramic ball can be divided into ordinary ceramic ball and high alumina ceramic ball. The high alumina one fit for hot air furnace, heating & converting furnace, air separation equipment, melting furnace and other devices in used and steel industries
Our 99 High heat storage ceramic ball is in chemical composition 99+% Alumina Oxide and a maximum 0.2wt% SiO2. Because of its high alumina oxide content and low silica (SiO2 ), it's a very excellent and ideal product for high temperature and steam applications.
99 High Alumina ceramic ball has very excellent thermal properties, with its high density high-temperature resistance 1700, also it's a good choice for heat retention or equilibration media.
We mainly produce 90%, 95% and 99% alumina ceramic balls which are mainly used in thermalcouple temperature, liquid steel continuous temperature, various industrial furnace(containing vacuum furnace, carburizing furnace, wire furnace, atmosphere furnace etc), especially widely used in petrochemical, spinning, electric, instrumentation, mechanical workout, military project etc industry.
Characteristics
1. The main component is alumina (more than 92%), which can be used as the grinding material.
2. As the major products (more than 3.60g/cm3), it can greatly improve the grinding efficiency, reduce the grinding time, save energy, reduce costs; and increase the effective volume of the mill, thereby finally increasing the amount of grinding materials.
3. It’s the products of high hardness, low wear (less than 0.01%), and can greatly extend the service life of the grinding body.
4. Because of the high whiteness, the product will not be affected by the color of the grinding material.

Inert 92% alumina ceramic balls application:
Inert alumina balls are widely used as the covering or supporting media of the catalyst in the reactors and tower packing in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection etc. The main role is to buffer the impact of liquid and gas to the catalyst in the reactor, protect the catalyst and improve the distribution of liquid and gas in the reactor.

Q1 : How can you control your quality?
A1: Donghua company will conduct reburning test and chemical analysis test on the products after the completion of the products.
