Product Description
Another product that we supply is the castable refractories that are low density. These insulating castables pose very low thermal conductivity and are utilized for either high temperature face work or when used for a backup lining, which is found behind dense castables or brick work. Here, the insulating castables are able to decrease the lining’s overall density or the cold face temperature. Their strength, which ranges from low to medium, is based on the fact that their density is low and is the main reason that they are not resistant to abrasion. They are most suitable where they do not have to stand up to much wear and tear.
The main application for Castable are listed below :
• Casting an alternative to fireclay and high alumina brick for application such as glass furnaces , EAF , reheating-furnace, tapping spout , aluminium and jewelry kiln
• Application for cyclone preheated of cement kiln, ceramic kiln , ash coal hoppers coal and incinerators
• Casting an alternative to high a alumina brick at EAF roof core , burner block , nose ring and kiln load

Shipping and DeliveryPacking materials: Fumigated wooden pallet, textile ton bags, high quality wrapped film.
1. All products shall be packed in ton bags with wrapped film to protect against moisture.
2. Two bags will be loaded on one pallet,the shipping mark is aligned up and down to the front.
3. Each part of the ton bag will be wrapped in no less than three layers of film, with no exposed parts.
4. The binding is made of plastic steel bags, and the upper and lower steel belts are tight.
5. 10 pallet will be loaded in one container.
6. Packing is carried out according to the packing details, and the corresponding box number will be recorded.
7. A packing list will be issued for approval after designing.
8. Special requirement of the package is accepted.
