The castable of corundum mullite is made of dense corundum, mullite as aggregate, white corundum powder, alpha-al2o3 micro powder and mullite powder as fine powder.
The company recommend to use Corundum Mullite Refractory Castable (JC-75MK, for front kiln mouth.
Based on castable of pulverized coal burner, by adjusting grain sizes and adding excellent imported micro
flexibilizer and alkali agent, it' s higher density with more strength after construction. thermal conductivity and
erosion-resistance, its life time over one year rather than half year of traditional one.
The company recommend to use Mullite High Strength Abrasion-resistant Castabl(JC-M70)for back kiln mouth.The life time over 2 year.
