Product Description
Light weight mullite castable has properties:
The utility model is applicable to the working lining or thermal insulation lining of industrial kilns such as flame furnaces to realize high temperature and energy saving.
With high intensity and small volume, it is used as the top, wall and door of industrial kilns, with a structural weight of more than 30% less than that of ordinary low-cement castable, so as to eliminate hidden dangers such as structural broken bricks and collapse.
With high quality porous mullite as the aggregate, with a variety of micro powder and dispersants, Yin has low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation effect and a ratio of ordinary castable, which can reduce the heat loss of furnace by 25%~35% and save about 10% of fuel.
