Raw Material Selection
To ensure the quality of our raw materials, we only purchase our raw materials from our long-term trusted suppliers. With every purchase, the raw material must be passed 2 times inspection, 1 time at our supplier's site. a second inspection on the batch after the material arrived to our factory. Each time raw materials enter our facility, they are inspected again prior to being accepted.
Rotary kiln refractory brick, also called kiln brick, is a layer of refractory material filled inside the kiln cylinder. Its main functions are:
1. Reduce the chemical corrosion and mechanical wear of the high temperature gas and materials on the cylinder and protect the kiln shell.
2. Acting as a heat transfer medium The kiln brick can absorb a part of the heat from the gas and transmit it to the material in different conduction and radiation ways.
3. Kiln bricks can also be insulated and heat-reduced to reduce heat loss in the kiln.
So The refractory brick is a critical component in ensuring process efficiency and prolonging the life of a rotary kiln.

Property of Silica bricks for hot-blast stove
1. Under the condition of long-term high temperature and load, the volume is stable, the high temperature creep rate is low, and one or even two BF service can be used continuously.
2.600℃ above have good thermal shock resistance. Adapt to the variability of temperature of hot-blast stove, keep the bricks and masonry intact;
3. The resistance to chemical erosion is better than that of clay bricks and general high alumina bricks. The alkaline substance in the gas and soot is only limited to the surface forming a glass phase, and does not peel off the silicon brick.
4. The thermal conductivity of silica bricks is larger than that of clay bricks and high alumina bricks, which facilitates the storage and release of heat in a relatively short time.

ZJT brick has super high permeability function, more than 20mm/s which is two times of the standards of similar foreign products. It can handle 60mm/s rainfall. The road and squares paved with it can make rainwater quickly penetrate down to prevent the occurrence of city flood.

Made by large tonnage press and high temperature firing. The compressive strength is ≥ 50MPa, suitable for use in the parking lots, common lanes. Its frost resistance value is -25º C.
