    High Alumina Bricks manufacturing process is similar to much grog clay brick, the different is there are higher proportion of grog in ingredients that can reach 90~95%. Select and screening deironing before the grog crushed. Firing temperature is higher, as of Grade I &II high alumina bricks fired in the tunnel kiln is 1500~1600 ℃.Chinese production practice shows that select, grading and keep in storage high alumina grog before crushed. Adopt fine grinding methods calcined bauxite and mixed clay to improve product's quality.

1. CT firebricks are made from high-purity refractory clays, temperature of use ranging from 1100 oC to 1700 oC, each grade is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements.

Details:

1. Made by flint clay clinker and binder,through Crushing,Mixing,Shaping,Drying and high temperature Sintering.

2. Al2O3 content is 30%-48%,SiO2 content is 50%-65%,and a small number of alkali metals,alkaline earthmetal oxides TiO2,Fe2O3 etc.3.Working temperature:less than 1350°C.

d. Taking corrective measures whenever deviations are noted.

 

e. Quality audit by quality management.Before delivery, the inspectors will inspect the size,appearance,physical and chemical properties of brick again in factory.
